At ZapMerch, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following cases:
- Items arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: We do not accept returns for customer mistakes such as wrong size or color selection, unless it was due to a product listing error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item is damaged or lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photo and tracking evidence, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
