At ZapMerch, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Send an Email to support@zapmerch.com – Briefly describe the issue and include your order number and name. Attach photos if necessary.
  • Prepare the Return Package – Our team will reply within 1–3 business days with the return address and next steps.
  • We Inspect & Confirm – After receiving your return, we will email you confirmation and approval status.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item is damaged or lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photo and tracking evidence, and we’ll resolve the issue.
